1 Peter 4:10-11 ESV

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace:

Whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God suppliesin order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

When we speak, we speak in Gods power and with Gods words. When we serve, we serve in his power and point to his glory.

God gives gifts to his people to bless others. If you want to glorify God: steward your gifts, speak Gods words, and serve with Gods strength.
Spiritual Gifts
God gives us spiritual gifts so that we can help our brothers and sisters fight the good fight of faith.
How to Do Good So That God Gets the Glory
God gets glory not from our heroic exertion but from our reliance upon his strengthwhen we serve as one who serves with the strength which God supplies.
